3. Acceptance of goods

4. Terms of return

4.2 The User has no right to refuse a good of proper quality with individually defined properties, if the said good can be used exclusively by the consumer purchasing it.
4.3 In case of returning the goods of proper quality, the User shall pay the cost of delivery of the goods, and in case of returning the goods by desesseintespress.com and the cost of return.
4.4 If defects of the goods are discovered after receipt and payment for the goods (hidden defects), if such defects were not agreed upon by desesseintespress.com and could not have been discovered by the User upon acceptance of the goods, the User is entitled during the service period at his/her option:
— demand replacement with goods of the same brand (the same model and (or) article);
— reject the goods and demand a refund of the amount paid for the goods. At the request of desesseintespress.com and at the expense of desesseintespress.com, the User shall return the goods with defects.
